COVID-19 has affected how the world works in so many ways, including how we're able to travel safely. These tips will help you understand these new challenges and prepare you for your escape to Tutukaka Coast:

• Look into if any restrictions apply to both your origin and destination. You may not be able to travel depending on local circumstances, so make sure you check before you book your flight.
• Wear a face mask during airport screening. A TSA officer will require you to lower your mask temporarily for ID purposes.
• Do not hand your boarding pass (electronic or paper) directly to a TSA employee. Instead, position the pass on the scanner and then hold it up for inspection.
• You're allowed to take one container of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz (350 ml) in your hand luggage. This will need to be removed for screening.
• Remove items from your pockets, such as your small change and phone, and put them in your carry-on rather than into bins. This will reduce handling during the screening process.
• Separate any food you have for screening. Food items often trigger the alarm. Putting them in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA officer to handle and inspect your belongings.
