"Front desk staff, Amanda, was very helpful! We loved the outdoor area but we were disappointed that the basketball hoop was crooked. Our boys wanted to play but it’s frustrating to shoot on a crooked hoop. :( They enjoyed the water park area. The breakfast was pretty good! It is definitely a much longer walk than advertised to get to Disneyland!!! Plan to uber - shuttles really weren’t easily available either. "

"Overall the property and room was fine. The room key didn’t work and we even had to have security and maintenance come open the door for us. This process almost took a half an hour which was a very bad experience especially after being at Disney the entire day. "

"The staff is amazing every single one of them great! For the place itself honestly disgusting af! The shower drain plugged water won’t drain. They have these weird square cushion bull crap on the walls Where the beds are at and in the crevices they’re just dust honestly it looks like mold to me that’s disgusting that needs to be cleaned throughly and it isn’t. Marks on the wall of something spilled. The mirror on the wall had hand marks all over. The shower and tub did not look clean. Carpet everywhere in the building gross it looks like they ripped it out and tried to staple it back in looks awful. The elevators smelt so gross everyday. I didn’t bother to see the pool the entire place already had me grossed out. They need to renovate immediately or something. I will never be back! "
