"Mountain View from front porch was spectacular. Stay was just as great the second time as the first time back in Aug 2025. Home perfect for family in location and overall size and amenities. On Friday night, temps had dropped so we set the thermostat to auto to warm up house and went to bed shortly after. About an hour later, an alarm sounded telling us to evacuate, although after a check of all rooms nothing was wrong. After hearing the alarm a second time, about 10 mins after the first, we contacted the fire department, as a precaution. Fire dept came out and cleared house in moments. We were back in and asleep directly after. I only share this as a thanks to the host for having this type of alert system to give guests that extra peace of mind. And to the fire dept for coming out so quickly and checking everything out. "

"This was the best home we have stayed in thus far!!! The hosts were kind, attentive, and just really awesome. They give clear directions and also offer help when needed. The property was absolutely beautiful!! Having a heated pool gave my kids a place to just hang out! The back yard is truly an oasis. Will be staying here every time when we visit Albuquerque. "
