Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They clearly thru me in an unfinished room. A bed, a TV, and refrigerator only. No microwave, tiny table, no dresser, no ironing board or iron, no floor or table lamp, 1 wall lamp, no lotion, 2 conditioners, no shampoo. I thought I was in a room for a crackhead or prostitute. Nothing like the pictures online at all. Because I checked in at 12am the night before and had to be up early the next morning, I waited to mention it to the front desk early the next morning. Stated exactly what I stated here and asked for a microwave at least. Got back 10 hours later and still no microwave. He brought one up and offered to set it on the floor so the damaged fridge would not get damaged. I cannot make this up. Finally, there was a small table that I asked if he could set it on. Mind you I didn't pay a cheap price. I have paid less per night at places way better than this place. The next morning I complained again upon leaving and management offered a 1 night discount; which I have yet to see. I will keep my fingers crossed; but won't hold my breath.
The pro is that the shower was good, hot and strong - thank goodness.
