"The pool area was gross... the water murky and slightly smelly. I tried to overlook this as I was looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub only to get in and find out the hot tub was luke warm, at best. While the front desk clerk was trying to be helpful, there was nothing she could do for me since I booked and pre-paid through Hotels.com.
The room itself was relatively clean - although no toilet paper to be found - the hallways and stairways were in desperate need of a vacuum.
The breakfast was about what I expected... nothing special, but better than nothing.
I am not likely to book at this hotel again. "
