"They did not have enough staff for volume of people needing help only 1 at desk all week, long waiting and not experienced. Computer problems, for staff, could not answer questions or communicate with other employees. The grounds are beautiful and they have added and cleaned up games, pool, grounds. Our condo however had moldy shower and would not drain. Floors were dirty, don't think condo was ready as towels were everywhere and missing."

We really enjoyed the outside amenities - sat in the swing to watch the sun go down and on the pporch for morning coffee - and found the condo very clean. They were available at the other end of the phone for our questions, and checked in with us each day to make sure all was going well."
