"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. I did not like the fact the WiFi was only avaliabe in the reception area. Staff was amazing, property was clean, and the food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the best. If you’re someone like me, and...

Spacious, clean and well maintained, well worth the extra money vis a vis the adjacent JAZ resorts, even more luxurious and modern feeling than the other nearby Steigenberger Coraya resort which has a more clustered and rustic vibe, although closer to the sandy beach.
