Inaccurate description of property. It said there were laundry facilities on site which was one of the reasons we picked it. There were none and we had to rinse some items in the sink.
Also I knew there were limited desk hours but there was supposed to be an emergency number. We had a somewhat serious issue (not an emergency). No one answered the number and we had to send a text which was not responded to for hours. If we had a real emergency not sure what we would have done.
The staff was friendly in general and it was a great location, clean rooms but I would not stay there again due to this issue.

We loved the staff at this hotel and the beautiful grounds in a quiet area. The pool was fantastic and on-site dining options are excellent, especially for tired travelers in need of relaxation. Staff (Paolo, Mario and Valentina) at the pool bar and dinner were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!
