The apartment consists of: a complete kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, dishes and coffee machine); two bedrooms, bathroom, entrance and two balconies. Our facility is 9 km from the center of Turin; in 15 minutes by car you can reach the Reggia di Venaria and the Palazzo di Caccia di Stupinigi.
The apartment is located on the first floor. A bedroom is composed of a double bed, with the possible addition of a single bed; while the second consists of a double sofa bed.
The gentlemen guests have free access to the entire apartment.
We will always be present to welcome guests. We will be available for the duration of your stay, even through an intercom.
Our house is located in a nice residential neighborhood consisting mainly of two-family houses.
Our house is 450 meters from the 33 stop, with which you can reach the center of Turin, we are also a 5-minute drive from the underground station and just over a km from the Collegno railway station.
Guests can take advantage of a private entrance, which, however, can also be used by the owners. - Upon arrival, a Piedmontese specialty (gianduiotti, bicerin etc.) will be offered. - We provide a transport service to and from the underground for guests who reach us without a car. - We have entered into a commercial agreement with a pizzeria-kebap. - Upon request, for a fee, we provide a midweek cleaning service at a cost of € 20. - The rate includes: electricity, water and gas and towels and bed linen. - The common parts (garden and stairs) will be cleaned constantly. - Guests can enjoy free public parking on site. - Guests can visit our facility before booking (by appointment). - Guests will receive detailed tourist information about Turin and its surroundings.
