A very differemt B&B Hotel!
There was no sign outside for B&B, this is the former Atlantic hotel which B&B took over. I'm guessing they are about to refurbish it, but it is a really magnificent hotel, although the grandeur is someaht faded and worn around the edges. The attached restauarnt was a bonus and our meals were lovely, with some excellent wines, too.

Really great location, served by both bus and train to the airport. Safe and walkable commuter town with restaurants and supermarkets close by. Hotel is basic but comfortable, spa is still closed so no swimming or sauna as advertised.

The area it's in is not the best but it's an ok distance to travel to Turin and we were able to find parking easily on the Sunday in Turin.

Proximity to airport and value made this a necessity for the night. With that said, on-site restaurant was an utter disappointment. We were charged a random 4 EUR per person seating fee for the “privilege” of sitting in their dated dining room. Food prices were unreasonably high for marginal quality meals - red sauce tasted like it came out of a jar, sea bass tasted like it was previously frozen, agnolotti tasted like Lipton soup dry powder mix. Service was slow, despite restaurant being fully staffed. We were charged for items that we did not order and when we asked about it, everyone pretended like they could not speak English, French or understand a mix of hand gestures and poor quality Italian. Decor across the property is typical of the Qaulity Inn chain: dated, cheap and inconsistent. Pictures online look better than product.

Lobby is completely outdated ... While we booked this hotel because it had a pool we only found out is was not accessible for children below 16 once we got to the hotel ... very disappointed

Great stay
Stayed for only one night but the hotel was awesome! Paolo and Claudio were super with our check-in and check-out. They were both extremely helpful in arranging transportation to our football match at Olympic stadium and our early morning trip to the airport. Our room was very clean and very comfortable - no frills, exactly as expected. We would totally stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Good English. Hotel is close to the airport. No problem finding parking in front of the hotel. Clean room and bathroom. SPA area is only available for people age 16+. A public swimming pool is near by.

Comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom and overall a great place to stay. Convenient for the airport if you're flying from Turin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and there was loads of choice. A whole tableof freshly baked cakes and pastries, another table of fresh fruit, plus there were savoury choices including scrambled eggs and bacon, and 5 or 6 types of juice. Everything tasted great and was high quality. The hotel has parking outside as well as secure spaces in their underground car park. The pool is only for people aged 16 or over as it is a hot water spa.

Good breakfast
The hotel was 10minutes from the airport. The hotel was older but very clean. The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. I would stay here again.

Convenient for the airport.
Very comfy hotel with a large bedroom.Friendly staff,free parking outside.Rooms a bit old dated,but well equipped. The restaurant was closed for a private party,but there is an excellent restaurant within walking distance.

Ok place to stay outside of Turin for a short (~8min) morning drive to the airport. Note that Pool/Spa is closed all day on Tuesdays.

The Spa is not part of the hotel. The rooms are old, the location is bad, no meal on Sundays. Bad choice.

Nice hotel close to Turin Airport at a good price.
Relatively easy to park when we drove up for a European hotel—although no place to stop and unload luggage. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was fast. Rooms had been updated and were modern and clean. We paid a little extra to get the better rooms. Rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of towels. We had to leave at 4:00AM to catch a flight and it took less than 10 minutes to reach airport car rental return.

Rude customer service! Avoid this hotel!
We arrived to check in and were told that we did not have a reservation despite receiving a confirmation from your website. The man at the desk was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. After saying we had no reservation, he then proceeded to "find" a piece of paper saying that the credit card did not go through and that it was solely hotels.com responsibility to inform us and that they had this problem before. He said he would not be able to honour the rate we were told as it was an advance rate. We asked if he did have a room, being that it was 1 am. He then said he would have to check if they were fully booked. How he would not know this at 1 am for one night is ridiculous. He made out that he was doing us a big favour to honour the price and gave us a room. The room and whole floor reeked of smoke and was very dated. Breakfast was included, the wait staff were pleasant enough. We checked out by 10 am and were glad to leave!

Location is great. No A/C !!!! Although they say there is one. Beds very uncomfortable but great service. You need to arrange the time if your arrival as there is not full time reception

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We asked for a quite room and it was, but the air-conditioning was not working so they upgraded us to a very nice room. The first room was already an upgraded from the room I booked online to a business class!! I found in the first room a socket which has a USB connection which is very useful for visitor to Italy which they do not have an adopter. I hope the management of the hotel when they do refurbishment to include these socket with USB.

i would say that this is an older modern hotel that is in fairly good shape , dont get a room at the rear or you have views of nothing , these are the economy rooms.

Handy airport hotel with a touch of extra Class
The airport is close to the hotel, with a €3.50 public bus ride 5 minutes away from the airport. I wish I had had more time to explore the Spa and pool facilities which looked professional and rich in character and quality. Take some time to walk down the spiral staircase, instead of using the lifts every time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a little extra quality from the shower. The Menu is full and the wine list is a stocked vintage leather bound menu of wines of varying degrees of cost. However, a nice bottle of Barbera came in at €16.

It has a gym/ spa, but this doesn't open until around 12:00, so no chance of early morning excercise. Also, couldn't get an iron in the morning because service staff didn't start until 08:30.

Reasonable hotel in a slightly unexciting suburb, with good restaurant and bus stop right outside for 30 min journey into the city.

Good enough location for Torino Caselle Airport - on the Sadem airport to Torino route. 305 smelled of stale cigarette smoke, greasy hair stains on the fabric headboard. Otherwise, staff lovely and efficient; room clean and fully equipped; good shower with poor curtain but fab towels. Restaurant for dinner was quiet - fantastic food and lovely staff (attentive but not crowding!) who were willing to translate and explain dishes. Breakfast was help yourself buffet - don't wait for the waiter to seat you or help out in any way - hi duty is to restock buffet and clear tables. Sadem bus stop directly in front of hotel - 3.50 Euro per adult for the 20 minute journey to the airport.

Hotel wasn't bad however, being August the pool and spa weren't open and this wasn't advertised on the website. Also the AC didn't work well and so the room was too hot to sleep Beds not overly comfortable but easy to get to from the airport on the Sadem buses

Overall it was good just the decor needs looking at . The staff both at reception and dining were very helpful . It was very easy to locate and drive to from the airport and drive on to every part of Piemonte .Very good value for money .

I booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room which absolutely stank. The wifi was unreliable which is bad when away on business and need to write up reports or contact the office. Which is bad if the hotel does specify it caters for business trips. How they cope when conferences are on I don't know. Restaurant was ok. On the Monday with not many guests the service was excellent on the Tuesday when half the town turned up the service was terrible and the waiters had to run around like crazy. That's pure management issue rather than the staff as obviously previously they were good natured people. I sent an email about a problem and got some snotty reply with a sentence written entirely in capitals. I have travelled the world and I have never received an email like it. The spa was excellent, well worth the extra fee and that is what the 3 is for. As it was close to the airport and there is not much else in the area given no other choice I would reluctantly stay there again but be more demanding as a guest.
