The room was spacious and comfortable however, when we arrived there were used towels in the bathroom so we are unsure as to wether the room was properly cleaned after previous use. Staff at the desk were helpful and offered us to move to a new room if we wished.

This was a very comfortable hotel. Access to the mall and shopping around was very convenient. The only con is that it’s a little far from the center of town and no pool.

We loved the hotel. Staff was very friendly. We did have a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night and have to evacuate and stand outside for an hour until the alarm was cleared

Quiet, comfortable luxury
The hotel was extremely comfortable and quiet. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from almost every floor. We were right in the city but felt like we were well away from any bustle or noise. The hotel is part of the old Lingotto building so it felt very unique. I look forward to staying again some time.

Booking for a family with a 10 years old child, we received a room with no separate child bed. Were told our daughter has to sleep in our bed, as the room was not booked over hotel's internet site.... on top of that got a handy-cuped room with no at all storage surfaces in the bath & shower door not closing properly. Shampoo & co were given only once even though we stayed for 3 nights. Used glases never exchanged.

Perfect hotel for Eurovision
This was a perfect stay for Eurovision. The room was massive with high ceilings and also wonderfully quiet even when guests were understandably celebrating late during Eurovision. The beds were comfortable the bathroom was amazing and the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend staying here enough especially if you have plans in the lingotto area of Turin - though the metro is a 5 min walk away and a very easy way to get into town. Usb sockets by the bed are great and becoming a must have in hotels now.

A very stylish hotel
The hotel is impressive. It has been sympathetically designed inside the old Fiat factory so it is very spacious. We were on the fourth floor and the room was large with a high ceiling and a fabulous shower. Everything in the room seems to have been specifically chosen for high design so you feel that you are staying in somewhere which is quite unique. We had breakfast. It was a buffet style but unfortunately due to Covid rules we had to be served. The choice wasn't extensive but adequate for a continental breakfast. overall we were very impressed with our stay.

Fantastic hotel
Awesome hotel with great history. Great location with free parking then only 10 minutes on the metro to Turin, which was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms grand.

Beautiful hotel converted well from the old Fiat factory which still has the old test track on the roof. Easy to get the metro into the centre for sight seeing and has a good range of shopping options close to the hotel.

We were in room 2023 for 8 nights. There were four different lights on the ceiling flashing throughout the night. Noisy ventilation fan even when it was turned off. Noisy construction site outside our window from 7am. Inadequate number of parking spaces for the size of the hotel. Also silly system to access the parking as you have to get out of the car, call reception and it takes ages to lift and on a couple of occasions I had to walk at reception to ask for the bar to be lifted. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff at reception made us feel uneasy about asking for anything. On my credit card there is almost €200 of pending charges for services we have not used.

Fabulous hotel ! Top notch all the way. Extremely good staff. Terrific food . Vincenzo and his colleagues in the restaurant do an amazing job of providing a 5 star experience while still making you feel like you are at home. Fantastico ! Even more impressive is that these things are provided at a reasonable price.

Excellent hotel. Staff was extremely nice. Gave us all the information we needed and helped us to get connected rooms for the kids. We also got a free wine at the bar which was also great. The hotel is very cool and modern. Based in a place that was a car factory. Free parking. Great dining options in walking distance. I have no bad thing to say about the hotel
