Good place to stay. Checking in late in the evening was a little odd because reception had closed early, but they were super helpful when I called the after hours number. I was very grateful to have boked a space in the parking garage, as street paking was packed on the weekend.

Niente prima colazione , il phon in camera non funzionante e nemmeno una presa tedesca per poter attaccare il ferro da stiro portatile . Ho inoltre notato che accanto sl bollitore erano presenti solo due bustine di the . Forse un offerta un po’ modesta per un hotel 4 stelle ho lasciato l hotel alle 815 e non c era nessuno in reception ho lasciato la chiave sul bancone ma in quale hotel 4 stelle la reception è sguarnita alle 8 del mattino ?

Personale gentile ma in numero inadeguato. Alla portineria non c’era mai nessuno e anche quando c’era bisogno di qualcuno bisognava chiamare al numero fisso che rimandava ad un numero di cellulare ma con difficoltà di reperibilità. Valutato come 4 stelle ma di categoria sicuramente inferiore: stanze con arredamento datato, bagno con bordo del lavandino di marmo rotto, scorrevole della doccia rumoroso e ormai vecchio. Camere comunque pulite ma con un profumo per ambiente molto forte. Dotazione di: asciugamani, ciabatte per la camera, prodotti per la doccia/shampoo. Colazione non adeguata ad un 4 stelle. Hall non curata e poco pulita. Bagno al piano terra per gli ospiti poco pulito, maleodorante e senza chiave di chiusura. Una sorta di trasandatezza generalizzata probabilmente a causa del poco personale. Le valigie depositate dopo aver lasciato la stanza al mattino sono rimaste tutto il giorno nella hall senza alcun controllo e al momento di ritirarle non c’era nessuno in reception (non rispondevano al telefono) quindi siamo dovuti partire prendendole senza avvisare nessuno. Per fortuna avevamo già saldato tutto all’arrivo perché altrimenti avremmo rischiato di perdere il treno. Un peccato perché la struttura avrebbe molte potenzialità e anche come posizione è abbastanza buona perché vicina al parco del Valentino. Il centro, a piedi si raggiunge in una quarantina di minuti con una bella passeggiata lungo il Po.

Posizione tranquilla, abbastanza vicina al centro città. Personale cortese. Atmosfera primi Novecento (mobili nelle stanze) gradevole. Grande televisore con Sky. Wi-fi gratis. Bagno comodo con nécessaire ben fornito (anche le pantofole). Asciugamani soffici e pulitissimi. Materasso confortevole, cuscini troppo morbidi. Colazione a buffet varia (però la frutta fresca affettata del giorno prima non mi è piaciuta).

Worn down and too expensive

Way too expensive and definitely worth its four stars. Worn down and not too clean. Doesn't say you need to reserve parking. Room cost the same same, but one has a huge balcony the other none. Swimmingpool furniture has not been cleaned for ages, the ladder to the pool is broken and rusty. Pool area really noisy as hotel is located in the middle of a very trafficked street. Overall it feels like something that once was....

Nahe am Ufer des Po.

Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt in 2018 hat sich das Hotel gefühlt nicht verbessert. Das Zimmer war auch ziemlich klein (Eingangstür schlägt am Kleiderschrank).

Très belle chambre, je pense que nous avons d'ailleurs eu une meilleure chambre que prévu. Le personnel à été très sympathique, le petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, la localisation à deux pas du fleuve permettant de se ballader. L'hôtel est relativement calme étant donné sa proximité avec le centre ville. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Good value for money

Overall my stay at Villa Savoia was good. Everything was as advertised. Check-in was simple and the hotel staff are very helpful. The food options at breakfast cover all the basics. The coffee was great. The minibar had few options for in-room snacks. Keep in mind that there is no restaurant on-site.
