"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport. My mother had not been on an airplane in almost 20 years, and understandably she was very nervous about both flying and staying in a hotel.
This was especially important because we arrived around noon and were unable to check in until the standard 3pm check-in time. While we were fortunate to spend some time with our children and grandchildren while we waited, it was still a bit nerve-racking.
We were traveling to visit my children, grandchildren, and my mother's great-grandchildren, so this trip was very special to our family who we had not seeing in a while a there was a new addition to our family. The kindness and warmth shown by your team helped make the experience even more memorable.
During our stay, there was a small issue with the bathtub, but the staff addressed and resolved it immediately. Their quick response and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. My mother especially enjoyed the coffee, bagel, and sausage each morning. It was the perfect way to start our day before spending time with family.
