Good room, very good and helpful staff, excellent place to stay next to the airport and has a free shuttle (don't forget to tip the driver!) to the airport which runs very consistently.

Nice hotel to stay in Union Square. Could use some love to some of the public areas - carpeting, lobby furniture, etc but room was clean. Option for food but no lobby bar. Very friendly staff.

Staff is excellent and helpful. The bed are the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The rooftop bar is nice but expensive. The hotel is not in the best part of town, so not really walkable to restaurants etc.

We ate at the hotel resturant but we had to pay. It wasnt a part of the the amenities in the hotel. The staff that took our order where not friendly at all. Regarding the hotel, it was very clean and i enjoyed the pool.

This property is old and needs updating. It has bare minimum furnishings. No Refrigerator, No collapsible or rigid luggage rack, 3 towels for 2 adults for 2 nights, dirty, bathroom floor, dirty windows, bare minimal if non existing any longer the feeling of "Welcome".
