Love this place! Basic amenities, but super clean, & quiet (it’s kind of out of the way). Unbeatable rate. Owners are super sweet. Will always stay here when going thru Tupelo!

We didn't like having to walk up stairs or a long way on the ramp to our room, especially with bags and clothing from our car.

When we got there to check in, the gentleman working was very nice and friendly. Room was spotless, beds were comfortable. I’m the morning, the lady that was working was also very nice and friendly. She had everything for breakfast ready. Our next trip down south, we will definitely stay here again. I wish I would have got the names of the 2 people working, but they have amazing customer service.

Very pleasantly surprised by this place! Fairly basic as far as amenities, but absolutely everything is super clean & the price was great. Property is quiet, in good repair, & well-lit. Staff is friendly & professional. Breakfast is decent for this caliber of place, but could use more protein options. Mattress & TV could use an upgrade, but everything else was so great about this budget-friendly hotel, it hardly even mattered to me. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable large rooms
Stopped in on the way to Florida. The room felt great when walked in, it was 90 degrees outside. It took about an hour to actually get comfortable. The ice machine is leaking all over the sidewalk, causing a slip hazard.

We had a supposedly homeless person come up to my 16 year old son and pester him for money to stay the night at the hotel. It was a bit scary as the man followed my son up to the 3rd floor where our room was. Other than that it was a good stay. Oh, the beds were a bit too firm for us.

While checking in they said I needed $100 cash only deposit. They said I would not get a receipt for the money but I would get it back the next day. They made me check in standing outside at a window. Worst hotel experience of my life. I may be done with Best Western hotels forever now.

The garbage in the room had not been taken out from the guests before us. There were no blankets on the bed, just a sheet and a duvet cover. The tv/remote wouldn’t work. A little over priced, but it was fine for one night. Probably won’t stay there again.

I would never recommend this place we had to sleep on top of the blankets as the sheets you could tell had never been changed… they claimed it had also they gave no receipt at check in I had to go back down the next morning after having surgery on foot!! Was definitely NOT what pictures showed on hotels.com

It was not very expensive. It was clean and tidy. No loud outdoor noises. Staff was friendly and had to go breakfast packed and ready at check out. I would recommend this stay.

I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the shower was immaculate, clean towels, everything worked ... faucets, coffee maker, lights, A/C ... it was a good stay at a great price. The only draw was the pool needed maintenance, but I wasn't going to use it, so no problem.

Lobby was closed so the picture presented by Owner doesn't exist to Guests. TV remote needed batteries but instead Owner said I was operating it incorrectly. Replace the batteries or get up to our room and show us what we were doing wrong. Its called service! Bed a bit uncomfortable with almost no covers.

We did change remote batteries and checked out the remote before giving to the guest. We were trying to help if there was any issue with the TV we will come and check out. As we stated before we were just trying to help and not to make a guest uncomfortable. Our lobby is closed due to increase of Pandemic in our state and have limited access. Once again we sincerely Apologize for the issue.

Not fancy but clean for a night. It was easy to find, the staff were very friendly, no frills but for an overnight while traveling- the price was fine for a clean bed. They had a nice healthy bag breakfast instead of just a danish. And the parking lot was lit very bright.

Upon arrival, Service clerk greetings we're great! He put me in a great room, clean, bed comfortable, etc. Hotel is around restaurants which is great! Would recommend.

Hotel room was 81 degrees when we arrived. It did eventually cool down after we left and had been gone several hours. Stain on the bed spread. Seems to be in sketchy part of town but we didn't have any troubles
