Villetta a più piani, appartamento piano terra, con terreno agricolo agibile, attrezzato con tavolo, dondolo e sedie da giardino, bagno appena ristrutturato senza bidè, due camere matrimoniali ampie, cucina nuova e attrezzata, negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze raggiungibili in macchina oltre al lago si possono fare escursioni bellissime ad un ora di distanza.
