Ahora no vale lo que piden

Tiene la mejor ubicación de todo Paipa. Si tienes una habitación con vista al lago te vas a sentir parcialmente recompensado , de lo contrario pienso que no. El hotel tiene mucha tradición y se ha dormido ahí, en sus laureles. Está pidiendo remodelación a gritos en amoblado, decoración, acabados.. Me parece muy costoso para su estado actual, parece que el tiempo se hubiera detenido allí . No está deteriorado. Está anacrónico, ochentero, anticuado .

Conozco el hotel hace muchos años, es bueno y tiene la mejor piscina termal de la región, la comida típica es buena Tuvieron un error en el check in, solicité dos habitaciones para 2 personas cada una y solo reservaron una, nos dieron una cabaña para 4 personas con un camarote muy incomodo

Bueno y se puede mejorar

Estadia agradable, buena tención, deben poner mas atención sin embargo a la dotación inicial de elementos de aseo personal teniendo en cuenta el numero de persona para que no haya que solicitarlos. De la misma manera los televisores instalados en algunas habitaciones están bastante desactualizados y su tamaño es minimo.

No te hospedes los martes/miercoles

Es un hotel agradable pero con costos de hospedaje altos, mas aun la noche del martes o miercoles las cuales son cobradas al mismo precio a sabiendas de que no ofrecen servicio de piscina termal por mantenimiento el dia miercoles..el resto de servicios del hotel son de pago adicional y son los que ofrecen otros hoteles de la zona ,con un menor costo de hospedaje. En la recepcion les faltan ser amables y dar informacion sobre el hotel cuando haces el check in...todo toca preguntarselo..sobre todo el empleado de nombre German.

Realmente fue terrible, un centro de convenciones tan ponderado y ni siquiera tenia agua caliente, las cobijas estaban llenas de polvo, el restaurante muy regular tanto que prefería salir a la cafetería a desayunar, estuve en las habitaciones 107 y 109, y el cobro si fue tarifa plena. un desastre total, adicionalmente ofrecen un servicio en pagina y cuando se toma es otro,
