Very clean and excellent service. The only disappointment was, the pool was closed. They said the heater wasn't working. I specifically booked the hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport and the fact that they had an indoor pool so I could swim. The spa was excellent and I had an amazing massage from Yasmine. I would stay again but hopefully they get the pool heater fixed.

I used to like this hotel a lot, then during 2021-2022, I was disappointed with the facility. But my latest visit reminded me a little bit of what it used to be. Reception staff were great, more focus on room services perhaps.

This was such a nice hotel to stay in. I was here my first 3 days in tunisia. Then, I decided to stay the last 2 days just because it is such a nice quiet, clean hotel where I know I am getting a nice rest. First impressions, the building is clean, classy decor, and entrance security. I felt safe. Then, the reception desk staff are very polite and kind. The room I paid for had beautiful views of the tunis lake, room was so clean with a table, nice leather chair, and the balcony had nice seating. The bed was so comfortable that my partner and I slept so well.

A hotel with some how old design furniture but very clean. It has a nice view and sitting area on LAC. if you looking to restart your system 🙂 this is the right place. Breakfast was with very good taste. One thing i did not satisfied with is the room service. They are really bad in .response.

I was terrible experience for me. We could not sleep because of the children's voices. I asked for the room to be changed. They said they did not have another room. The noise at night and the noise early in the morning were really bad experiences for me. I think there was 100 children in hotel. And they move all together

It’s cheap for a reason. It is dated and has few facilities. It’s under construction. We paid for the deluxe room and asked for a room away from the construction and she said of course, and room is really beautiful. It wa sliterally the closest to the construction site, obstructing the view and with liud noises. Also looked really old and smelled tweeible of cigarretes. We got changed to another one same category and in hetter state. You have to wonder why they give guests the worst rooms being so empty.
