Spacious open-plan living and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, antique dining table and barista portafilter espresso machine. Warming stove (with straightforward oil central heating support). Comfortable sofa, 75" smart TV and piano.
Conservatory as an extra room: citrus plants, second dining table, air hockey and toys.
Also: guest WC.

UPPER FLOOR
Three bedrooms and a spacious, bright bathroom.
Bedroom 1: king-size comfort bed (200 x 200 cm, Hüsler Nest)
Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 200 cm) + workspace
Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 x 200 cm), children’s books/toys + desk

BASEMENT
Bedroom 4: pull-out daybed (160 x 200 cm), desk + smart TV
Laundry room: washing machine + tumble dryer

GARDEN AND PARKING
Detached house with a large garden, two shade-giving apple trees and BBQ grill. Two parking spaces on the property, plus free street parking.
EV charging: wallbox at the house, available anytime. Electricity is billed separately based on usage.

IDEAL FOR WHOM?
Perfect for 1–2 families (small and older children) or an adult group: up to 8 guests plus a toddler. You will find everything you need for a relaxed stay.
Guest access
Self check-in from 4:00 pm with your personal code on the front-door keypad (no key needed). The entire house, the private garden, and 2 on-site parking spaces are exclusively yours. From the parking area, a short path with a few steps leads to the entrance. EV charging is available exclusively for guests anytime via the wallbox at the house (billed separately based on usage).

Other things to note

You’ll appreciate having your own slippers in the house. For families: a travel cot is available, but please bring your own bedding for it. All other beds are made up on arrival, and towels for all guests are provided. For toddlers, we have two high chairs (a Tripp Trapp and an IKEA chair). Pets are not allowed. Please let us know if you need anything that is not listed here, especially if you are travelling with younger children.
