The service was awesome, everything was clean and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple places in the hotel zone and this is my favorite of them all. My husband and I didn’t hear any noise which was one of the biggest concern from other reviews. We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location with a nice beach area. Nice rooms and restaurant/bar with tasty food and drink options. Service and communications from the staff were great, I would recommend this property.

Rooms are very nice, however the service is awful. Paid $900/night during peak holiday season and it took over 40min to get a sparkling water from the beach club. They prioritize the patrons off the beach over the guests of the hotel. Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Hotel is extremely over priced for what it offers. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at during my 2 week trip in Tulum, I would not recommend this one unless you are here just for the location.

The Delek is still absolutely the best place to stay. Now they have upgraded an area with live music and the restaurant menu is wider with really great food. Location location location! What a beautiful property which is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. Super helpful front desk that made our stay so comfortable and seem less from the moment you make the reservation! Airport transfers, restaurant reservations ,recommendations of activities, etc etc etc everything was taken care of, smallest of the details. Come and get pampered. True vacation.
