"We went down early around 7:30 am for breakfast and there was no coffee the breakfast things were gone we went to the front desk and the guy behind the desk said yeah we know when we said the re was no food or coffee we were told they ran out of everything this weekend. So I ask about us being reimbursed for our breakfast cost that it was included in our room price and he told me it was a courtesy we didn't pay for breakfast I was very upset I paid 245.00 for our room and expected breakfast too. I won't be going back to a Hilton owned property ever again they left a bad taste in my mouth paying so much and no breakfast. Plus other issues also"

"I was pretty disappointed with our stay. First, the front desk didn’t tell us where the elevators were or that you had to use your key card for the elevator. Or about the app you could use for your key card etc. We got stuck on the elevator going up and down, along with multiple other people that also weren’t told to use their card. The staff saw me unsteadily lugging up a luggage cart with huge dream duffels on it, still didn’t direct me to where the elevators were when I was going up the wrong side with this huge thing, I had to ask a guest. Room service never came to clean our room. I also had to ask about parking and using the key. Then the key card reader wasn’t even working in the parking lot. I had to ask how to get to the sky bridge. I honestly expected a lot more and we were all disappointed. "

"Hotel was nice! Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a king bed on second floor. We were there to see Nate Smith at Cain's Ballroom and just walked the 3 blocks to the show. Plenty of eating places on Main St or just off. We ate at the Chowhouse and it was very good and reasonably priced with great atmosphere! Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage. Waffle makers, oatmeal with every kind of topping you could want. Bagels, cereal, juice, coffee etc. Hotel is very secure with needing key card to come in. One thing is a bit strange you enter into the parking garage to get in the hotel and reservation desk is on the 2nd floor. Parking is 18 dollars but these days I am about convenience and it is within walking distance to BOK and Cain's Ballroom and downtown. We will definitely stay there again for our next concert!"

"Nice employees but major management problems. Not enough employees at critical times (long lines/wait). No maintenance on duty. First room had non-working toilet. After waiting in line was moved (no maint) to a second room which had no a/c … setpoint 65 but temp 81 blowing warm air. Waited in line again to get moved to third room. Temp was 82 in this room but when turned to a/c it felt like it was cooling. Took 5 hours to cool down to 70 Poorly run, I feel bad for the help."
