We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. Very clean, great facilities and little extras that made it special. Closely positioned to the University of Tulsa, airport and local activities, with off-street parking.

Great house / Great Location

We stayed here for a TU football game weekend. Great location - 10 min walk to campus and also close to great restaurants on Cherry Street - just short drive. Will stay here again should we travel to Tulsa.

Fantastic place to relax

We loved staying at the Bailey house! We were there for the Arabian Nationals . Perfect location between fairgrounds and dining options. The house was adorable updated , great yard and all the essentials needed. We would definitely stay again

Bailey House- great location

We stayed at The Bailey House while we got our son settled into Tulsa University. It is a clean, cozy relaxing atmosphere with a great location. Close to TU’s campus , a short drive to restaurants, museums and downtown etc. We will stay here again when we visit.

Loved this place! Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Our dogs loved this place. Cute and comfortable - everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for letting the dogs roam and sniff. The location was great with easy walking paths and a quick drive to many of our favorite Tulsa spots. Just off TU campus. Will definitely stay here again when we come back our with pups.

The house was beautiful, very well-kept and well -stocked. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to TU and to Mother Road Market. Close to other attractions. The hosts are nice and responsive. Our kids enjoyed the house very much as well. We really felt at home.

Absolutely perfect! I have a kiddo at TU so we visit Tulsa frequently. This property is ideally located, about 5 minutes walk to campus. The house is clean and well-furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked. Two bedrooms have mattresses that are so comfortable, and the third bedroom has a large desk with a hide-away sofa bed. This perfectly fit our needs, traveling with my elderly parents. Soaps and toiletries are upscale. Everything is very clean, fresh and modern. The decor is tasteful mid-century modern. We very much enjoyed our stay! The Bailey House will be top of list for the next time we visit TU.

Great place to stay

This place was very clean, tastefully decorated and in a nice location. It was a short drive to breweries and restaurants in Tulsa. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful campus of Tulsa University just a couple of blocks down the street. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I would suggest a couple of things for improvement. We would have liked additional comfortable seating in the living room. There is only a couch to sit on so we had to pull in a kitchen chair or office chair to be able to have seating conducive to conversation. And those chairs aren’t comfortable for that. Also, the second bedroom bed is a full size (there’s room for a queen) which limits who can use it. The second bedroom also needs a dresser. The kitchen was very nice but not stocked for cooking. We planned to make a meal there one night but there wasn’t any suitable cookware for the oven. I still gave this place a five star rating because it was clean and cozy! With a few minor changes, we’d use it again when visiting family in Tulsa!

We enjoyed how neat, clean, safe and pet-friendly the house was. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed the fenced in backyard with seating outside, grill and firepit. Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend.
