We left an item. We called and was told we would receive a call back. We have not received a call back. My $50 incidental cost has not been returned.
The hotel smelled clean. The breakfast was good.
Have to ask when registering to have room refreshed. Otherwise they dont go in.
I could hear the conversations in next room- thats how thin the walls are between rooms.
Other than that good place.

Ice machine broken, pool broken, tiles in bathroom moved when you walked on them, had to throw my shoulder into door to get it to open. At breakfast the milk was expired, the juice machine broken, and proper food safety rotations were not being followed.

Excellent customer service, but the bathroom toilet sat too low to the floor and not enough towels in the room for three people.

Average is the word to describe our two night stay. We checked in and the staff was friendly enough but they didn’t have any more washcloths so they told us to take additional hand towels. Room smelled stale but it was decent enough. The curtain was broken and light was coming through. The bed was comfortable and it was a basic room over all.

Loved the warm pool! The staff was so nice! Everyone was clean! Breakfast could use improving. Hotel could use some updates in places. Overall it was good and would stay again.

It was a big dead bug in my room advised the front desk and said we get bugs coming thought the front all the time sorry. And that was all and the shower did not get hot only luke warm

Love this hotel, pool was great with water that was perfect. rooms are nice, breakfast was great. Everything was wonderful about the hotel and location and I have nothing negative to say.

MOLD and doors to rooms do not close properly. I told the staff and they never relayed the information to the manager. Wont be going back .

Our key card didn’t work 1/2 the time and the other 1/2 of the time when we’d return to our room, the door would be open even though we’d been sure to close it on our way out.

When we arrived they had over sold rooms. So i booked 2 rooms and only ended up with 1 room. Then went to our rolm that we all had to cram into because they didnt have a double bed. So it was 1 bed and a couch for 3 adults and a child. Get to are said room and bed looked like someone was sleeping in it and towles on the floor. Went back down stairs and the assistant manager had to clean another room for us. Get in that said room and only 2 towels for 5 people. Air-conditioner made an awful nosie and slugs were climbing up the wall from behind the closet. But due to all hotels being booked and over sold out. We were unable to get anything else. Made front desk aware of the situation as we checked out that morning. Very disappointed with this hotel as which we have stayed at swveral and have never had thia happen to us. We had to call eexpieda and have them contact the hotel to get our money refunded. Not an evening we had planned for.
