2022 PGA perfection! South Tulsa Charmer! Putting Green, Golf cart, newer construction. Easy access to amenities and Southern Hills CC. Flexible on number of beds and occupants. Perfect for families or couples. Incredible outdoor living with grill, refrigerator, 2 TV's, putting green, fire pit, surround sound speakers and tons of seating. Inside the home has great entertainment spaces, multiple fridges, mesh network, wifi, TV's everywhere, fully stocked kitchen, fresh bed sheets (wife is a clean freak) and access to a golf cart you can drive a couple of miles without leaving the neighborhood. Owners are staying local so easily accessible for whatever would be needed. Owners are also real estate professionals with multiple VRBO's/AirBnB's. Let us know what you need and we will accommodate.
Sleeping Accommodations : 2 bedrooms down - one king with private master bath. And one nursery with crib (which has the possibility to have a bed added) and full bath. 3 other bedrooms up - one room with 2 queen beds with a pullman bath connecting to flex room which has the possibility to add another bed, but currently is featured with the peloton/office. Followed by a 2nd master with a king bed and private bath. Along with a large game room stocked with all the toys and large smart TV.
