  • This cute little duplex has been renovated from the studs and finished with high end finishes. Located walking distance to Swan Lake, St. Johns Hospital, Utica Square and Cherry Street. WIthin 5 minutes of Hillcrest, downtown areas, OSU Tulsa, OSU Medical, gathering place, and brookside. Easy highway access. You will love all the little restaurants, bars and boutiques along cherry street and Utica Square.
