This was a very nice place to stay. The owners have updated the property and everything is really nice inside. The neighborhood is an older one, well established where homeowners take care of their homes overall. You are close to two wonderful walking trails and you have easy access to many restaurants and things to do.

Mostly very good

The house was comfortable and the host was very helpful. However, the hot water in th en suite bathroom did not work well. It kept becoming cold.

Truly a cozy house

Place was was perfect for our stay! It was clean, had everything we needed to make a nice coffe, wash laundry and cook breakfast/dinner! Also very conveniently located. Quite neighborhood. We originally booked for 3 nights but needed one night added, they were very fast and accommodating to our request.

The neighbors didn’t bother us nor did they seem to care we were there as we aren’t a rowdy bunch. It was nice and quiet which is what we were going for. The only hassle was door/electronic lock otherwise it was great

As expected for the most part. Very narrow roads in neighborhood and a drummer that lives next door but I only needed for sleep after midnight.

Clean House & Punctual Host!

I had a great stay at Kay’s house. Everything was clean and functional. Minor issue with my keypad entry but Kay stepped in within seconds to assist and got me in! Everything was great and would stay with her again!

Place was beautiful, we stayed in the area for my nephews 4 th birthday party,did have a motion detector inside home which we was told it didn’t work , but flashed red every time you got near it , maybe have it taken down for future guest

Nicely Renovated Home

Our family of four in town for daughters graduation. Very nice home. Finished new and clean. House has all of the amenities you would look for (blankets, linen, laundry, kitchen, garage). Very quiet neighborhood. Communication went well with owners. They were responsive and helpful. The location we chose was close to everything we needed. Would stay here again no question.

Our Best Vrbo Experience Yet

We spent 4 days at this property to visit Tulsa. I was informed about everything we needed in advance of our arrival and our host even offered early check in and check out if we needed the extra time. Kay was so gracious and responsive. The home was really clean and suited our needs perfectly. The only thing we didn’t have which would have been helpful was a large skillet. It was so quiet in that neighborhood we slept like babies. Will stay there again for another visit.

Great house, convenient location

Stayed here while attending some events at the River Spirit Resort & Casino. The house was in a convenient location. Another reviewer mentioned how the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, and I would slightly agree…but we had zero issues. And my sister, who lives in Tulsa, came to see us at the house and said we were not in a bad neighborhood. The house was beautiful and clean. I also appreciated that there were not a ton of cleaning requirements at checkout (it’s super annoying to pay a cleaning fee then basically do all the cleaning before you leave lol). I would 100% atay here again if I needed to stay in Tulsa.

Beware of additional per person charges.

The price listed is for 2 people only. The home is a 3 bedroom that states it sleeps 8. Just be aware you will be charged an additional $60 per person fee that is not stated in the description. I would recommend the owners adding this to the decrpiton for future renters. The home was clean and adequate for an older home. Please note for larger vehicle's the roads are narrow and parking is limited.

Good experience

Contact person was quick to respond and friendly. House was bigger than expected with some odd quirks. Pretty clean, but short black dog hair in places like the dryer lint trap and rugs. Garage door did not work which was not indicated on listing - not a big deal since driveway was big. We have kids and would have liked to be able to let them run around the yard but it wasn’t well kept.

Great stay in Tulsa

A great place to stay for softball tournaments. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. The house was very clean and the host was very friendly anytime we reached out. There were a few issues with our stay. The AC unit kept setting its self to 90 degrees anytime we left and with the current heat it was impossible to get the temp back down until the sun went down. The other issue other issue was the shower water was very inconsistent. It would jump from cold to hot constantly during our showers. Very annoying after being outside all day and just wanting a relaxing shower. The host was great trying to help with these issues but they never got resolved. All and all a great stay for the price.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Communication was very quick and thorough. I loved the location. While not in a fancy neighborhood it was within 2 or 3 miles of everything we needed. As a woman of a certain age the floor fan in the master bedroom was a god send when I forgot my portable fan!
