Stayed for 7 nights while on business with first night being this past Tuesday. Their room cleaning policy apparently is to clean every 3 days. Saturday afternoon comes and my room still hasn't been cleaned. Granted I'm not a messy person, but living out of a hotel room trash bins start to pile up, no more clean towels, hell I was only provided a half used roll of toilet paper with no spares. Lobby and hallways smelled like a boys locker room from 2007, in that, someone set off an axe body spray bomb, presumably to mask the weird smell of the rooms. when my room was finally "cleaned" on Sunday afternoon. My bed was made and new towels left, but no trash cans or trash bags were removed. Overall I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in, but it was not worth the money I paid to stay. This is a $60/night hotel at the most, even though I booked all my nights in a row. My rate varied from $84-$140. Will not be booking with them again

Sprinkler leaking all over the floor Asked front desk for 1 towel, was told there were no towels I would need to wait until 10:00 am next day Vending machine sold out no way to get a drink anywhere at hotel. Asked front desk agent if they had any water was told I would need to pay $2 for a no name 8 ounce bottle. AFTER I had already been told there were no towels and sprinkler leaking all over floor. Zero customer service. Shower very dirty.

Look as if the room was just barely wiped down. Had booked room because of breakfast option only to get yelled at when asked if they will be putting more eggs & sausage out. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6AM to 9AM & we arrived at 8. Was told they was only gonna put eggs out if we was gonna eat them stating they can’t reuse them tomorrow & he wouldn’t be making more sausage. Overall just dissatisfied. Also the hotel has a strong smell of air fresher through out & couldn’t even enjoy food if wanted too.

I'm not too hard to please! The room was nice, comfortable and clean. But I was at the breakfast area at 8:00 am. and there was no sausage, eggs of apple juice. I thought, no big deal, I'll have orange juice and a waffle. When my waffle was done I realized there was no syrup! A dry waffle isn't a yummy breakfast!

Staff were very nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and I think I was allergic to the room....I developed a runny nose, sneezing, and sore throat but they all went away when I left the next day. Also, I didn't like the fact that they charge $50 extra as a deposit.

Something had been spilled on the floor in the lobby when we checked in. It was still there next morning when we checked out. The van used for transportation to the airport, had the back doors broken and couldn’t open. We had to load our luggage into the passenger seats. The guy driving us to the airport was nice but dressed in sweats and looked like he just got out of bed.

This is a decent property located 7 mins away from the Tulsa International Airport and 20 mins away from downtown Tulsa. The hotel facilities are pretty good and the breakfast is also nice. The staff are polite and courteous and the rooms are clean. Will stay here if I visit again.

Very disappointing - would not recommend this hotel at all. So many issues - used toilet paper in the toilet on check-in, hair on the shower installation walls, opened bottles of shampoo and lotion (seal was broken on both), torn fitted sheet on the bed, killed a bug next to the sink, water pressure made the shower head sound like a machine gun, and the breakfast was terrible - the scrambled eggs were so overcooked that they were hard. I asked to speak to the manager before checkout, and he was 'away from the property' for 2 hours prior to checkout. I'm contacting for a refund. Avoid this place!

Constant smell of Marijuana and folks hanging outside of my window until early morning hours both nights I stayed. Checked out early. Clerk stated it’s normal and I shouldn’t worry about it. Horrible location and outdated rooms. Only reason for any stars was housekeeping earned. Oh, it states the room has a phone…. Doesn’t say anything about it working.. just the phone and no cable to it.

No alarm clock in room, no hairdryer in bathroom, no Kleenex tissues, breakfast is average but I’ve had better variety elsewhere. Room had an odor similar to automotive garage. Pillows were horrible. Sheets were stained. Toilet leaked water around base but the TV was nice.

We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites on numerous occasions and have liked our stays. This location was the exception. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Poor service, along with a toilet would not stop running. .We asked to repair the toilet and they never did. Breakfast was horrible. Front desk not manned. Room smelled of smoke, which I found ironic after they had me initial the sign in sheet multiple times about not smoking in the room.

Manager in the morning was very rude. Hotel not up to normal Raddison standards! Screen torn on outside windows . Just all looked old. You did not offer hot tea for breakfast! Not everyone drinks coffee! Will not return there! Not happy to have to wait 3 to 7 days for refund of my deposit!

The side doors opened from the outside, but not the inside. It seemed like a fire hazard, unless I kept the door cracked open, which seemed like a security risk. I had to walk around the building a lot, which isn't bad for me, but what about less able people?

The property was nice but has no elevator. The free breakfast is basic and not replenish often. They needed a second waffle maker. The cereal was the best for me. Eggs were not good. The room was nice. The area was ok not sure it was safe with the trash motel next door. But overall it was fine for a weekend stay. Best part right off the highway.

The staff is friendly
The smell of marijuana coated the whole end of our floor. The rooms were small, the furniture was stained, the towels/linens were stained, the shower smelled like old cigarettes, and the beds were HARD! No ice machine and the vending machine was out of order. The beds caused restless sleep and back pain in the morning. The staff was very friendly and that was the only positive thing.
