  • Welcome to "Brookside- One of a Kind," a remarkable 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that seamlessly blends retro charm with modern elegance. Located in the heart of the picturesque Maple Ridge neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from The Gathering Place and the bustling Brookside and Cherry Street districts, where you'll discover a treasure trove of boutique shops, eclectic restaurants, and vibrant entertainment options. Although this property is a one-story home, there is a single step transition between the kitchen and living area, the entrance to the living area, and the sun room to the primary bedroom.

    We are a dog-friendly home! We allow one dog per stay with a $100 pet fee (plus tax), which covers deep cleaning and ozone treatments to ensure the home remains allergen-free for future guests.
