Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat to 65° (winter) or 73° (summer).
Ensure all 9 doors are locked. Exit through the front door , pressing any key to lock the door behind you.
Grill – If used, clean thoroughly and leave the propane turned off. Fire Pit –make sure gas is turned off at the shut off valve.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
