In the heart of Provence, close to many tourist sites such as Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons, the Enclave des Papes, Orange, the wine route, Mont Ventoux, and the Baronnies, this 110 m² holiday home is fully renovated, bright, and unique. It is located in a detached house with a balcony and terrace, within a shaded and fenced courtyard with parking.



The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer (three drawers), a traditional oven, a microwave, a three-burner induction hob, and a washing machine. For breakfast, you will find a capsule coffee maker, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a citrus press. The living room includes a flat-screen TV, a two-seater sofa bed, and a dining area. The house has three spacious bedrooms: two with a double bed (140x190) and one with two single beds (90x190), a large bathroom, and a shower room with WC. Other amenities: hairdryer, iron. Wifi is available. This accommodation is non-smoking.



Within five minutes from the centre, you will find all amenities: bakery, local produce shop, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, hair and beauty salons. At the village entrance, there are two supermarkets with a petrol station and car wash. The village offers a large outdoor municipal swimming pool and a pétanque court.



Rental is possible from Sunday to Sunday. Outside the high season (June to September), rental is possible from four nights. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning services are available for an extra charge.
