Apartment 'Le Ventoux' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Just steps from Vaucluse, Ardèche and Gard, Domaine de la Papeterie is a true gem nestled in Drôme Provençale. This charming place combines quality amenities, tasteful decoration, and special attention to your comfort throughout your stay. It is a unique spot where you will enjoy lingering... and returning.



Ideally located to the west of the village of Tulette and its amenities, the estate is only 25 minutes from the must-see sites of Grignan, Nyons, and Vaison-la-Romaine. Nearby, you will find a wealth of tourist attractions: Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, beautiful castles and hilltop villages (Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse, La Garde-Adhémar, Clansayes...), not to mention the local wines and AOC, the Wine University and its museum, Provençal markets and their local specialties (lavender, truffle, nougat, olives, fruits). The Baronnies Regional Nature Park is also close by. Access is simple and quick: you are only 20 minutes from the Bollène toll (A7).



The fully renovated and air-conditioned Le Ventoux gîte accommodates up to 6 people (children included). On two levels:

- On the ground floor: a beautiful living area (kitchen/dining/living room) opening onto the covered terrace through a large bay window, one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200, can be joined into 180x200), a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

- Upstairs: an attic bedroom with two beds (80x190).

The terrace, equipped with a plancha, offers a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux.



The communal areas encourage conviviality and are shared with the guests of the second gîte: parking, garden, table tennis, pétanque court, bike storage, and a beautiful pool (12x5m, maximum depth 2.5m), open in season.
