"We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Manor! Excellent host with super hospitality! We had the two bedroom two bathroom house. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We had our own patio for evening braais. The pool area was also great with beautiful views down the valley."

"We had a lovely time. We stayed in the African Delight cottage, which was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We loved the welcoming sherry and biscuits, the luxurious linen and cosy fireplace, the hot tub, the beautiful view of the orchard and mountains, the friendly and efficient hostess….. all in all, a very high standard of accommodation. "We stayed in a self catering cottage. The accommodation had everything we needed, lovely bath and fireplace. It is very cold in Tulbagh in mid-winter, but the bed had cosy blankets. This is a working farm, which was fun to explore with my young son. He enjoyed playing with the farm dogs!"

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and were very impressed from the Smeg stove to the dishwasher, the aircon worked well and fans were much needed in the bedrooms. "It is so easy to give this establishment a five-star rating and I probably will not do it justice. Suffice it to say, if you need a breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, you cannot go wrong! It is amazing value and from the warm welcome from the owners, Venishree and Juergen to the beautiful accommodations, plush beddings, thoughtful amenities and superb service, we were so impressed after our initial 6 night stay that we booked another weekend immediately and I cannot wait to go...
