They were in need of renovation and there was a musty smell around the hallways in the room. Will definitely never stay there again. I expected much more from the Hilton name. "

"We were greeted by a very professional front desk lady who I believe was named PUA, {Tia Rose}it was late at night and we were two exhausted 62 year old ladies that were ready for our room. we only made the reservation an hour before arrival. Check-in was a breeze. "

"We have enjoyed this hotel previously. This time was a disappointment. We intentionally booked because of the 24 hour shuttle as we knew we would be arriving very late. When I called from the airport for a shuttle, a recording said the shuttle only operated from 4 am to 1 am. It cost me $25 in taxi fare. The desk clerk said the shuttle was 24 hours! No offer to lessen the pain of an unnecessary $25. fare. "
