"We had a fantastic stay at Maru Fortuna Villa by Moria and honestly could not have asked for more. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a room right next to the pool, which made the whole experience even better. The villa itself is peaceful, calm, and incredibly relaxing. It felt like a perfect little escape. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, genuinely friendly, and always smiling. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, including tailoring breakfast exactly the way we wanted it. A special thank you to Putu, Komang, Kodek, Tukik, Ngurah, Komang, and Kodek. They were all absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. For meals, we found it very easy to order food through Grab and Gojek, which worked perfectly and gave us plenty of options. We will definitely be recommending Maru Fortuna Villa by Moria to our friends and family, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit. A truly memorable experience."

Literally anything I went and bought a bunch of fruits from the market and they took it and chilled it and gave it to me cut and ready without me even asking if they can, they went out of their way to do that. "The hotel ground was very lush full of giant plants, lotus ponds and flowers. The restaurant had an amazing view. The menu was extensive. The pool lounge was quiet and relaxing. The staff was friendly and courteous. The luxury sleeping tent is surrounded by a forest. The setting is very idyllic.The architecture is inspiring. Hard to beat!"

"Most rooms had a musty smell and it was hard to find one that didn’t. Restaurant is ok but nothing to write home about. It’s extremely isolated so you’re a bit stuck if the on-site restaurant is not to your liking. Most difficult part was the noise of the on-site OSHO meditation retreat. Expect to be woken up some mornings around 6:00 or 6:30 am by loud tribal drumming and primal screams. Other mornings will be different forms of music and chanting but always something. If you’re a morning person, that’s great (maybe). I’m not and it was difficult, to say the least. Staff were great, though, and the views were amazing. Most of the waterfalls in the area of Ubud are clustered around this place, including two of the best - Kanto Lampo and Tukad Cepung. If the rooms were renovated to eliminate the mustiness and the OSHO retreat was moved out, I would recommend it as a remote getaway option."
