I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case. "

"Great beach and pool here. It was quiet and we had a beachfront unit which I highly recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful but it was a bit off the beaten track. Much slower paced than Diani Beach hotels so it fit our needs. Restaurant was beach front and buffet style. We got to see a sea turtle return to the sea after laying eggs in the sand at night which was really great. "
