"All the staff were very helpful, we weren't to happy that the pool area was closed I was never told that at booking my room. I couldn't even go in area to take a picture of the Ocean , I had a Ocean view but my window was filthy I couldn't even see out it and I did take pictures but it looked so cloudy. That was my downfall, Ocean view but couldn't take a picture"

"This is my second stay here! and I will be back. My only complaint is the hotel restaurant and bar...slow service and subpar drinks and meals. Good thing they are nexr door to the Tropicana...and other restaurants like Simpsons. The restaurant needs someone to pull it together..if not it is a waste of space."
