The only way they could be better is getting more partnerships with local businesses and advertising them to guests before their stay (e.g. an email digest) to help guide those who book early."

"Parking was free and really easy. Great proximity to the main street of town—you can easily walk, but it's not too close where it gets loud at night. The front staff and cleaning team were all lovely and super helpful. We loved the coffee bar in the mornings. "

It is a quintessential experience if you want to have quiet yet convenience to both the north and south forks. The ferry is quick and the island is beautiful and quiet if you go during off season. "The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!"
