Charming stone house above Tučepi with pool, sea view, barbecue, wifi

  • The holiday house Villa Stina in Tučepi, Makarska Riviera, has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and a lot of manual work. It was built 300 years ago in an old settlement above the coast. The rooms are spread over three floors. The ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each room with balcony and bathroom with shower.

    On the third floor, attic, you can use the cozy living room with flat TV / SAT, balcony with sea view. Here is also an extra bed available.
    The outdoor pool with sea views invites you to relax. The outdoor shower and the sun loungers are also available.
    Not far from the house, is the barbecue and the terrace overlooking the sea. The house is a detached. Parking is available. Free WiFi access everywhere. On request, the owner offers his Taverna, next to the house, you also the dinner or lunch.
    The beach is about 4 km away. FREE PARKING near the beach!
