"excellent. note we had breakfast included, and a higher level room with balcoany for this review. Very good presentation of property. Often at 40yrs they are let go and are a shadow of former glory, but not here. Pool was great. Dinner very good. Breakfast good (although coffee a big let-down). The bathroom and room great. Games provided. Also note when we were there, it was quite under-populated by travellers, and tariff was relatively low. I imagine the pool could be awful in school holidays etc, full of 'orrible children, so bear that in mind, but all in all, a grteat experience for price. I would def return (but maybe only in off-season times)"

"Room had been updated. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was in the kitchen alcove. Worked, but not where we needed the air. Ceiling fan would be good. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"The Ithica Manor is a beautiful historical building. It's definitely something to see and admire, however the accommodation was very poor,the rooms were unclean and not maintained to a professional level,the staff were rude,and very unhelpful.I would recommend going elsewhere to sleep so you don't ruin your holiday. "Great area, near beach, dog friendly but the villa desperately needs a new bathroom! The holiday park is more tilted to caravan and camping .. the amenities for them seen pretty good. I recommend booking direct to the park as their fees are WAY lower that what we paid through Expedia . We basically got ripped off and paid hundreds more even with using our points discount which was over $250 Would I stay here again, probably not . Villas need a lot of updating ."

"We found the complex excellent, from the Pool, Tennis, 200m from the beach and a beautiful beach. Very friendly staff and the unit was clean, tidy and very functional. We ate at home most nights, utilizing the barbi facilities and self contained kitchen. Fantastic TV (full Foxtel package) and excellent NBN coverage."
