Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in a great location. The entire staff were amazing. Louisa at reception checked us in and was friendly and very thorough. My at concierge was so helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Vaneorie at breakfast was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Thanks to them and the rest of the team for making my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing, especially James, who went out of his way to make us welcome. He is a true gentleman and a true asset to The Grand Hotel Du Lac.

Cindy was awesome, the entire team made our trip so special. We will definitely be coming back for sure. Happy also recommended a fabulous restaurant called Blue Buttrfly…AMAZING with great wine.
