"This was an amazing hotel. We had access to the really amazing, clean and not very populated public onsen with access to hot & cold pools, showers and sauna. Food was amazing too. We really loved it and will be back."

"A good spot to stay in Kinosaki. The room itself was pretty outdated with an old tv - I really enjoy when hotel TV's have casting capabilities which this one did not. But the service and meals service was excellent, it's a self-serve buffet style dining which is great if you're a slightly fussy eater ..."
