"It's an older property, privately owned. Fridge/freezer (dorm sized), microwave, bed all clean. Bathroom was clean as well. TV was DirecTv so there were plenty of channels. We did not try the on property restaurant but it smelled fantastic. The hotel is very close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. About 90 minutes to Homer, 15 to Kenai, 60 to Seward. Right on the middle of the Kenai Peninsula to make a few days of it. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast room was clean. Breakfast is exactly what it sounds like- continental. Oatmeal, cereal, bagels English muffins, things like that. It'll cure the hunger til you get to where your going for all the halibut and salmon you'll eat!!!"

"The house was very spacious and very clean. The house was nice to stay in.The host didn’t respond to my questions for assistance and the VRBO AI was of no help. The pellet stove did not ignite and the fire pit was was not easy to locate since it was stored in the back corner of a shed.Also plan on bringing soap and shampoo as none was provided. Pantry is minimally stocked so be prepared to by some necessities for cooking.Proximity to the Kenai and Kasilof was excellent."

"Oh my gosh! Will return here in a minute!Location was perfect for shore fishing and one thing this property has that surrounding properties dont have is a huge aluminum deck to fish from, The view of the Kenai is spectacular. Very clean. Nice setup for a couple. Only thing the unit could use is a futon or sleeper sofa in LR"
