"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Beautiful building and big room, but extremely outdated. Old dirty carpet and no air conditioning in the rooms. They give you a tiny desk fan. Extremely hot. For a "modern" hotel to not have ac is a crime. We were cooking in our room. Very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is good. Nice pool. Food from their restaurants sucked."
