"We had a great time at Theo Beach Villa. The kids had fun at the pool which was cleaned Daily. We enjoyed the great views, the beach and tavernas nearby. The owners were also always very friendly and hellpful. We will definitely be back"

"The management company were fantastic. The villa perfectly clean and tidy with a splended aspect over the olive trees. Beds comfortable although yet again plastic protectors make you sweat. On the down side there were 3 issues. 1. There are no table and chairs to dine outside, this is a big negative. 2. The upstairs bath shower had no fitting to attach the shower head. The downstairs shower had a curtain, not glass. 3. The cooking utensils and diningware were a bit scant. We just felt the property was overpriced, it is getting a litle bit tired. Nearby there is a lovely taverna, a good new supermarket and a lovely Georgia's Cafe. All in all a great stay bit not at the price. "

"Staff was great we enjoyed the food I think the main draw back was it’s a very popular spot on hot days and there isn’t designated parking for people staying at the resort, so sometimes when we would come back it was really hard to find a parking spot"

"Fabulous place, we really enjoyed it. The hosts Dimitra and Kostas are lovely people, friendly and generous without being imposing. It was like staying with friends. There are two apartment units at the property. We stayed in the bottom apartment which has a lovely outside area with beautiful views. The pool is a good size and most of the time it was only us using it. The local sandy beach and very good taverna are only about 5 minutes walk away and there are many other nice tavernas / restaurants further along the coast which easily can be walked to. We thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a relaxed, quiet getaway with a beautiful view and would definitely stay here again."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The place is a pleasure to stay in and the view is amazing. We made plenty of use of the outdoor area under the lemon tree also. The waterfront shops and restaurants are walkable but it is steep and was harder on the really hot days. We'd highly recommend this for anyone staying in Sfakia."
