"Great updated hotel amd close to things to do."

"I left a box floor fan when we checked out and didn't realize it until we got home. I called the hotel and told the front desk about the fan. She said she would check the room and call me back. I waited an hour and she never called me back. When i called back and asked about it she said it was not there. Of course it wasn't there because house keeping probably already cleaned the room. So something happened to my fan. It was only a 30 dollar fan but thats not the point. Someone got my fan that works there and didn't turn it in. So because of that we will not return to this location. Thank you for your time. Sincerely Michael Harkey. PS. We stayed in room 106 for 4 nights from 3/12/25 thru. 3/16/25."

"This property was near family. Convenient to the highway yet very quiet. The staff is friendly and the room is comfortable. "

"When I walked up to the desk to check in, one of the first questions the attendants asked was if my hair was dyed (it was). They warned me that if I got hair dye on towels or pillowcases I would be charged a fee for it, rather than them just bleaching the linens like most hotels do. I politely asked what we could do to avoid this since there was a chance some of it may come off on the pillowcase. They gave me a bit of an attitude about it. After a few minutes, they finally decided to give me stained linens so I wouldn't get charged. I understand they wouldnt want me damaging property, but it was addressed in a rude manor and acted like I was majorly inconveniencing them by taking stained linens from them."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The front staff was amazing. They helped us switch rooms when we wanted to be moved away from being directly under a room with kids that were running back and forth. The parking lot was a bit small, but we were able to find parking. There was a grocery store nearby and some restaurants. Very convenient location. "

"The rooms have roaches and bugs crawling everywhere. Me, my WIFE, and our daughter had to go buy two cans of spray to contain the insects. The air conditioning and parking was awesome. It was hard to write this because the staff was phenomenal. For the experience me and my family had to endure, I blame Expedia. You guy's over there can do better for starters, do your homework before taking customers cash when booking."

"Check in easy, room was great, The Lodge is very neat and clean. The only suggestion would be to change breakfast up a little. The staff was also wonderful, we will definitely be going back."

"Came here with my 2 daughters for a dance competition. The hotel felt very safe and there was fast food restaurants nearby for late night dinner. Can’t comment on the pool as we didnt get time to use it. Breakfast was nice, my girls enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. Would stay here again for future competitions. "
