Comfortable and convenient

Nice place on corner lot close to several thermal baths houses within blocks of the house. We slept well and were able to cook a meal one night with the well stocked pots and pans. Night skies could see so many stars too

Only stayed for 3 nights. Flew home early for a medical emergency.

Was surprised at the dilapidated home in the area. But seems to be in reconstruction phase. Lots of great shops, hot springs, friendly people, great grocery store. Just different than what I expected. Good weather. We had to pack fast and get to airport because of the emergency. Pneumonia.

Nice house in good location

House was new and overall a good choice. Decor was a mixed bag. Felt like it could have been cleaner, linens seemed old, no hand soap at any sink (although we did find dish soap in the downstairs shower). We did buy some hand soap that we left there. There’s an old motorhome in the backyard, when we realized no one was in it, we felt better. The hot springs tub was out of order which was disappointing. The driveway was gravel/rocks that our rental car struggled to back down with the slope, until we turned off the park assist that kept atomically jerking the car to an aggressive stop, making large divots in the rocks each time. Sun was very bright in the morning in the upstairs bedroom, and must be what the sleep masks were for, before we realized this, having bright red sleep masks hanging on the bed seemed questionable. Lol. Pros: quiet neighborhood but close to downtown shops and restaurants. Large deck upstairs was favorite part. Kitchen well stocked. Air conditioning and fans worked well and easy to work. Overall it worked for our family while we were visiting. We would consider staying there again.

Lovely New Build near Old Town

Sweet two story new single family home. Ten minute walk to Broadway (old town). Master bedroom is up steep stairs but nice mountain view from roof deck. Large master br shower. Smallish kitchen/ dining / den area but all new appliances. Very comfortable for two adults with nice downstairs bedroom and bath for a kid or two.

No quite ready for visitors

We got there on day one and the hot springs pool did not work (reason for booking this VRBO…called the host and got a reply the next day that someone was coming to fix the problem. It never happened so on day 3 we left disappointed. The house was not very clean… lots of dead roaches. Won’t stay there again. Sorry.

Great place to Stay in T or C

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 2 story house. The master bed/bath which was the whole upstairs area was warm, spacious and comfortable. The deck was amazing at night to view the stars, the neighborhood was very quiet as well! It was walking distance to the grocery store and other downtown places like the happening brewery where there was live music daily! This place is also a short walk to the Rio Grande River and a park area there. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a few meals and was very modern. Restaurants in town have quirky hours and early close times so we loved the nice kitchen! The downstairs bedroom was comfortable and a nice bed. The house is a modern design and nicer than a lot of the other rentals around. The back yard is privately fenced in, and soon to have landscaping done. Being the very first renters in this NEW house, there were a few kinks that need to be ironed out but the hosts were very accommodating to these deficits!! Unfortunately one kink was that the hot spring well pump stopping running when the tub was partly filled. Oh well, the hosts paid for us to soak at one of the hot spring resorts so we got to soak regardless! I will definitely stay at this place again!
