"The post and other reviews are accurate—cozy, but got all the basics you need. You can walk right onto the beach, 5-10 minute drive to downtown PTown, and easy communication with the host. Fab first time for us on the Cape and would book again!"

"The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...

"Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working."

"Perfect for two. Loved having the ocean at our doorstep. The Murphy bed was sturdy and comfortable. The small kitchen area was likely not suitable for gourmet cooking, but could serve well for basic vacation meals (We ate all our meals out. ). Overall, the cabin was clean and neat and cozy. The early May weather was cool but pleasant. Some of our time was spent (with jackets on) sitting on the deck drinking morning coffee while watching the ocean and the few people who walked by. "Wow, wow, wow. When you walk on to the deck you are transported to another world. Doesn’t matter if is early morning, midday or watching the sunset. The cool breeze, the wave's, the views! It is an overall feeling, hearing and seeing extravaganza! The accommodations were very clean and organized. Just a wonderful getaway for any couple."

"Wonderful location on a quiet street walking distance to beautiful Lewis Bay, (1/4 mile). Home was very clean, fully equipped kitchen and a Weber outdoor grill. Our host Kara was readily available for questions or concerns. Looking forward to renting this quaint lovely cottage again!!"

"My bestie & I had our girls getaway at this wonderful little cottage. I absolutely loved it. Perfect for two single women, separate bedrooms, a nice little kitchen and wonderful screened-in porch that allowed me to sit and just look out at the water, seeped in peacefulness. We were lucky that no one else was in any of the other cottages so it was very quiet. There's a great Irish pub down the street where we had dinner one night too. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The yard looked totally neglected and the house was good only superficially. AC promised but not operating. Help number goes to someone in Oregon who has no way of helping. For 18 hours they promised to help but can’t. I abandoned my reservation and left to return home. There is no indoor dining and yard situation disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend."

"A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price."

"Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it."
