"Very disappointed… I asked for early check-in. They didn’t bother to tell me that the air conditioner was broken. I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour and nobody told me that I could leave my luggage in the storage. There was no way up in the window or there was no fan to be.had! The carpet in the lobby and down the hall was black and moldy. I have requested a refund or some kind of restitution of course no luck there."
