"The view is stunning and access to the beach is great. Hotel is a bit dated but generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the bar wasn't open late (it was slightly out of season but...) and it didn't seem possible to get a bottle of wine or something from reception. It would have been lovely to sit out on the terrace later after dinner with a bottle of wine. If you don't like steps don't come here, there are no lifts and lots of steps. The view is fantastic though. "

"We had a great time staying at the resort as a family of three. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. However, we found the facility is a bit outdated. For example, the material of the headboard of the bed is peeling off on one side. It doesn't look pretty especially for a V-level room. The shower is not functional as there's nothing to keep the water inside of the shower stall - the washroom floor got messy after each shower. Overall, it's a great vacation place. We'd like to see some improvements in the future."

"Our stay at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located just outside the busy Old Town, making it easy to relax while still being close to all the sights. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning views and excellent amenities. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, always willing to help with recommendations or accommodations. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options each morning, and the pool and beach area were peaceful and well maintained. If you’re visiting Dubrovnik and looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Sheraton Dubrovnik Hotel. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Every person on staff that we met were lovely - always greeting with a smile and so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent - great variety. Thank you so much for making our vacation so relaxing and we look forward to returning!"

"This place was amazing! Incredible ocean views from the hedrooms. The rooms are a great size with lots of room to move around. Yhe breakfast was good nothing fancy. You are in a great area to walk to the beach and cute restaurants. Theres a bus thats about 15 mins to old town or a quick 5 min uber. Spa is amazing, outdoor pool was beautiful and icy cold! Staff super friendly and helpful. Gym is good to keep your workouts going."
