"the flat is ok but we could not use the hot tub as promised in our property because the garden has not gate and neighbours were using it instead of us in the night . Moreover the road towards the beach is full of rubbish and building sites. these flats are booked mostly by groups of young people and is easy to have a party on top of your flat in the night . we had to ask to be moved to a new flat in the babe beach area and it was much better "
"The location was good. But had to collect keys from different places which is not ideal. Again had to give deposits which is also not a good idea as stay was only costing xx Euro and deposit was 5 xx Euros. Basic Amenities like shampoo, Oil (Kitchen) and iron was missing . AC was only in sitting room where you need it in rooms. "

"Relaxing and wonderful stay. This was our second time at the Aurora. We were very comfortable. It was fun for our young child as well as my parents. We enjoyed the beach, pool, spa, restaurants and entertainment. The front desk team was very accommodating and kind. They provided accommodations for my mother with mobility challenges. She was able to enjoy a day at the beach and swimming. We hope to be back again. "

A few notes to improve
The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night.
If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason.
The jacuzzi wasn't warm
Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious.

10 minutes walk to secluded little alcove beach or to quiet village with some good cafe dining options.

"I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star and this was kind of a gem. The people here are fantastic! It’s beautiful away from the small town of Mali Losinj. Very quiet evening walks or evening swims if you prefer. They treated my mom and I very well. Thank you."
